Biomex Skate Technology is the Roces natural answer to the skater's demands.
Biomex new skate design follows the natural movement of feet and limbs. This assures skating comfort, top performance and great efficiency.
Biomex skate technology has been developed after three years of cooperation between Roces and the biomechanical engineering team of the Clinic Gut based in St. Moritz; Switzerland. Roces-Biomex skate technology allows skater knees and ankles to flex in the right direction, allowing the most natural movement and supporting the stability of the ankle.
Roces-Biomex skate construction main benefits:
- Faster skating with less effort and less fatigue.
- Total power transmission to the skate/ground.
- It is SAFER because it is a Natural movement and it stabilizes the ankle within the natural axis of motion.
Comfort Fit System (CFS) is a skate construction technology that gives particular prominence to the skate' soft part. The structure is hard where it supports the foot and soft elsewhere for comfort.
Three Fit System (TFS) - The most technical and effective skate construction is a combination of a hard plastic outer chassis for support, one flexible shell for fit, and a soft liner for comfort.
Comfort Fit Liner (CFL) – The Roces' stylish CFS skates providing not only nice look, but also more padding for even better comfort!
Memory Buckles - The revised and improved versatile and market proven memory buckles more attractive and easier to handle.
The Universal Frame System (UFS) - The innovative Graal skates are UFS compatible. In fact it is possible to attach any UFS frame on the market by using the adapter plate included with the skates.
Shock Absorbing Insole - The PU footbed located underneath the liner improves comfort. It absorbs vibration and promotes powerful skating in the fitness modelsq while in the aggressive models it absorbs shock and softens the landing of big gaps.
